Terms of Service
1. About ReleaseRadar
ReleaseRadar is a financial intelligence platform operated by Oscar Hildén, Finland. The service aggregates, classifies, and summarises regulatory filings and market data from Nordic exchanges using AI. We are not a licensed investment firm, financial adviser, or broker-dealer.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you are using the service for informational purposes only, not as a substitute for professional financial advice.
3. The Service
ReleaseRadar provides AI-classified signals derived from publicly available regulatory filings. Signal classifications (direction, confidence, scenarios) are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal. Market data and filings are sourced from exchanges, regulatory bodies, and licensed data providers. Coverage is limited to companies listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, Nasdaq Stockholm, Oslo Børs, and Nasdaq Copenhagen.
4. Subscription Tiers and Pricing
Free tier: limited access with 30-minute signal delay. Paid tiers (Pulse, Context, Signals): full access as described on the pricing page. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal period.
5. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not accessed paid-tier content. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All content generated by ReleaseRadar — including AI classifications, plain English summaries, scenario analyses, and stakeholder signals — is the intellectual property of ReleaseRadar. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or resell any content without a commercial licence. The underlying regulatory filings are public documents and remain the property of their respective issuers. Your account data remains yours.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not: use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download signals; share account credentials with others; resell or redistribute signal data without a commercial licence; use the service to manipulate markets or engage in insider trading; attempt to reverse-engineer our AI classification models. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
ReleaseRadar is an information service only. Nothing on this platform is investment advice. Signal classifications are AI-generated and may be incorrect. We are not liable for any investment losses arising from use of this service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that year.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing the service, except in cases of fraud or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to the Service
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Material changes to paid tier features will be communicated with at least 14 days notice. If a change materially reduces the value of your subscription, you may cancel for a pro-rata refund within 30 days of the change.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting admin@releaseradar.net. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReleaseRadar regarding the service. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
